Clean, comfortable and tucked away. Although this guest house is one block off Duval, we never heard noise from the party crowd. We stayed in the Villa Vista (#22) which was surprisingly large for two people and right by the pool....It was overall a very good experience! !

I stayed at Rose Lane Villas twice this year and it was excellent each time! The first time we had a large group and we rented all of Rose Lane and most of Old Town Manor. The staff was great in accomodating various arrival times at odd hours. All the villas/rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. The location is perfect as it is very close to Duval and Mallory Square yet it is very quiet for sleeping. The Pricing was very reasonable and I will definitely stay there again!

I've stayed in several locations on the Island, and I can guarantee you this one just moved to the top of the list! We rented the two bedroom villa (#23) and one of the one bedroom villas (#22) (all where larger than expected - especially the one bedroom) and were right on the pool. Having a kitchen during a 4 day stay with a fridge was a great bonus (as was the designated parking spot) for keeping lots of provisions. The location couldn't be more convenient to everything. And another phenomenon that occurred during this stay - I never heard the garbage trucks! When was the last time you stayed on the island and can say that?? If you want to feel at home on vacation - Rose Lane Villas is the place. See you again in April or May!

We rented three of the six villas at rose lane villas and had such an amazing time. One of the three villas stepped out right to the pool and adjoined our other villa in the back. We were literally right behind hard rock and fat tuesdays but never heard anything more than a little bass on even the wildest weekend nights. We all went to bed pretty early each night and each room had its own ac window unit which kept your room super cold and blocked out any extra noise. I slept better than I've ever slept here which really surprised me. The pool was small but perfect after a hot day in the sun and they supplied plenty of floats to make it even better. My only complaint was that the doors to each vila would lock behind you so we were constantly locking ourselves out....All in all it was a wonderful stay.

This is the first time that we had heard of or stayed at Rose Lane Villas and had such a pleasant surprise! We loved the spacious layout and it close proximity to Duval Street (however, noise was not an issue). You are able to park your car and leave it to explore from there. They have a special charm to them and we enjoyed it! We did not use the pool because we were taking advantage of all that Key West has to offer. The staff was great in recommending things to do, places to eat, etc and we took their recommendations. Overall, it was a great time and look forward to returning!

Just returned from a great stay at Rose Lane Villas. I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. The rooms are very clean, well lit and spacious. Check in was a breeze, the staff is friendly and the location can't be beat. Having a parking space included was a great bonus. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Key West!! Can't wait to return!!

I just returned from my first stay with Rose Lane Villas. Our group occupied 4 of the 6 villas. I was able to see all the Villas and they were all very nice and spacious. The bathroom was big, had plenty of fresh towels, yummy shower goodies and a big kitchen with everything you would need. You are steps from Duval Street yet the Villas are both private and quiet. Staff was willing to accommodate all our needs and were very friendly. The pool was really nice and private as well. I would definitely stay there again. It's centrally located to everything, and it's important to be able to walk around. For those who are driving, they provide parking spaces in front of the Villas if you need it.

"The wife and I just got back from Key West and it was our 5th stay with Rose Lane Villas. This summer trip saw even more work done to make the Villa we love even better! They work so hard to make sure your stay with them. Some things to remember - location - when you exit Rose Lane you are right between the Hardrock and Fat Tuesday's across the street from the Bull and now the Porch (Key West's newest bar). The center of it all and you have a pool all to yourself! Plus you can walk in no time to anywhere worth seeing on Key West. For those of you that want to make that breath taking drive down from Miami, the Villas have parking which is a huge plus in Old Town."

"My family occupied 4 of the 6 units of the Rose Lane Villas. Everyone was very pleased with their accomodations. The pool is actually bigger than the pictures look. This property is just steps off of Duval Street but still very private and peacefull. The staff was excellent, and helped us book activities. Although the property manager doesn't boast about their facility as a great place to hold a reception, believe me when I say they did an excellent job of providing a great place for our wedding rehearsal gathering...with lighting, fans, tables, coolers, trash removal and ice. I would recommend this property to anyone.."

"Rose Lane is only half a block off central Duval Street and is a little oasis in the middle of the noise (and sometimes craziness) of Duval. The free parking spot is a real plus as well. We stayed three nights in Villa Vista on the ground floor with the pool steps from our door. The living space and kitchen facilities were great. Bathroom is small, but clean and adequate. Both living area & bedroom did have televisions. The staff couldn't be more friendly and breakfast was a delight. I would venture that this is the best $5 breakfast in Key West - continental plus plus - fresh fruit and juices, muffins, bagels, and would you believe cheesecake? - all served in a lovely garden setting. We loved the pool with its mural, creating a little tropical paradise to relax in after a day of walking and exploring. Would definitely recommend!.."

"Key West is one of our favorite vacation getaway spots.  This was our second stay at Rose Lane Villas. We really hate to even let out our secret, but it's an incredible place.  First of all, the location is amazing! Half a block from Duval and down where most of the greatest bars and shopping can be found.  Mallory Square and the wharf are also a short walk.  No car necessary.  We enjoyed the villa's kitchen, quaint pool area, remote control fans and A/C, and the outside decks for a private cocktail. The service was awesome, including the daily housekeeping.  If you choose to stay at Rose Lane or Old Town Manor, enjoy, but please don't share the secret of this KW retreat with anyone but your closest friends.  We'll be back!   Thank you!!."
