General Information and Policies
The Villas have been filled with wonderful things that our family would enjoy, and we are delighted to share with you. Because of the value of the many items we are leaving for your enjoyment, we do require you to take responsibility for them. We will charge your credit card for any damage or theft discovered by a detailed inventory check just after your departure. This includes, but not limited to, towels, linens, bedding, kitchen appliances, dining utensils, furniture, TVs and DVD players.
- One parking space is available to each Villa.. All others will be towed.
- Please keep kitchen clean during your stay. Pests are a common problem in the Keys, so keep all food refrigerated to avoid “unwarranted guests.”
- A $25 cleaning fee will be charged to your credit card if your kitchen is not clean upon check-out. For excessive cleaning, a $100 fee or more can be charged to your credit card. To avoid excess charges, each room is equipped with basic cleaning supplies and vacuum cleaner.
- Guests who are asked to leave for inappropriate behavior will not receive a refund for any outstanding nights.
- A $100 fee may be incurred for locking yourself out of your room or losing your keys. Don’t lose or forget your keys!!!
- No outdoor grilling or barbeques on the property.
- Pool is open from 9am to 10pm every day. No glass containers allowed near pool.
- Dogs are only allowed in specific Villas (Rosa, Porta, Vista and Aqua) when available, and advance reservations are required. There is a flat fee of $50 for each dog. All pets must be leashed, house broken, people-friendly, non-aggressive, and quiet. Dogs must be crated when left alone in the room. Large dog crate available upon request for a one-time fee of $10. Excessive damages due to non-housebroken behavior will be charged to the credit card on file. We reserve the right to refuse service to guests with a disruptive dog with no refund on outstanding nights.
- Your security is important to us. Do not allow anyone to enter the gates unless they are a registered guest.
- Check-out is 10 A.M.. Cars left in the parking lot after check-out will be towed. A late check-out may be available for a fee of $50, but please check with the front office to confirm.
- Tobacco and Drugs
We provide drug free and non-smoking rooms. The smoking of tobacco products is permitted only on the outside porches, decks and pool areas. Smoking in a Villa will result in penalty charge of $200. Use of drugs will result in a dismissal with no refund for deposit and outstanding nights. - Laundry Services – our housekeeping staff will, upon request, wash, dry and fold your clothing for a fee of $15 per load
